Company overview
Our name in Chinese 广而告之(Guang Er Gao Zhi), means to spread the message far and wide, which precisely expresses the nature of advertising.

Established in 2003, CMM has developed into a leading independent advertising company in China. Leveraging our high quality media resources, we provide a full range of advertising services, including advertising agency service, creative production services, of commercials and public service announcements , and other value added services.
As a leading independent advertising company in China, CMM has proven its ability in identifying, acquiring, developing, and distributing high quality television advertising airtime. We obtained advertising rights to an average of 23 minutes per day in 2012 for regular daily programs on CCTV-4 and CCTV-8.

On August 4, 2008, CMM successfully launched its initial public offering on NYSE Arca under the ticker symbol "CMM" and became China's first TV advertising company listed on NYSE. On August 25, 2009, CMM has successfully transferred the listing of its ADSs from NYSE Arca to the NYSE.

Our primary media resources include CCTV Channel 4 Periodic News Package, CCTV Channel 8 All Day Classic Package. CCTV Channel 4 is the best channel for overseas audiences to learn about China and for domestic audiences to learn about the world. CCTV channel 4 Periodic News Package appears 10 times per weekday and 7 times per weekend throughout the daytime hours on CCTV channel 4. CCTV-8 is the only national TV drama series channel in China. It ranks third among all channels in China in terms of audience share in 2009 according to 2010 China TV & Radio Yearbook, and is ideal for advertising family consumer products. The “All Day Classic Package” broadcasts 14 times per day, and covers all time slots from morning to evening on CCTV-8. According to our own statistics, those two programs had a daliy cumulative rating of【0.9】% and【3.0】% respectively in 2011.

From 2003 to 2011, we used to be the exclusive advertising agent for Daytime Advertising Package and Television Guides which are the premier package products of CCTV. Daytime Advertising Package appears at least 10 times per day throughout the daytime hours on CCTV Channels 1 and 2, while Television Guides appears at least 9 times per day throughout the daytime hours on CCTV Channels 1.

In addition to our regular daily television programs, we have been the exclusive advertising agent from 2004 to 2009 for substantially all the advertising time slots on the Chinese New Year Gala program. The CCTV Chinese New Year Gala program had a rating of 32.11% in 2009 and ranked number one among all television programs in China. Since 2004, we also have accumulated extensive experience in assisting CCTV in the sales and marketing of advertising time slots for major sporting events broadcast on CCTV Channel 1 and 2, including both the Olympic Games and the FIFA World Cup.

Our ability to provide integrated advertising services that are tailored to our customers' needs differentiates us from most other television advertising companies operating in China. These value added services, such as branding, media planning and analysis, and media resource purchases, provide one-stop solutions.

We are also a leading producer of public service announcements and commercial television advertisements in China. We have produced more than 100 commercials for customers in the automobile, beverage, internet, and industrial sectors. We have produced more than 300 public service announcements for government agencies and corporations to promote public services. we have won a number of prestigious prizes, including the "Gold World Medal" Award at The New York Festivals. International Television & Film Awards, the Golden Hawk Award for Best Public Service Announcement, China Advertisement Great Wall Silver Award and China Advertisement Yellow River Golden, Silver and Bronze Awards.

Our achievements have been widely recognized by CCTV, as well as by industry organizations and government agencies. We were named as one of the “Ten Best Advertising Agencies of the Year” by CCTV in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2008.
